Nightlife in Seoul(Monkey beach in apgujeong)

today, I would talk about nightlife in Seoul especially apgujeong!!
Apgujoeng is located in gangnam

near with apgujeong rodeo station

in apgujeong, my favorite bar is monkey beach!!
monkey beach is thai bar&club. and parties are held every weekend

so crowd every weekend

monkey beach has 3 good things
first one is cheap prices

one bucket is about 15$(15000won)

and other liquor botlles(vodka,tequila,rum,,) are start from 70000won(with 5 beverages like coke,cider, juices,tonic)

shot is start from 3000won

but!!!

there is happy time from 19:30~20:00(for 30minute)

all drinks are 50% discount(ex 80000->40000,)

so reasonable~~!! :)

*on your birthday, one bottle(anyone) is free for anyone!!!!

second, you can easily make friends with korean :)

in monkey beach, especially every weekend, there are so many good and crazy people from around the world.

you can easily make friend there.

Trip to Jeju Island

hi :)

Today, I would like to talk about last year's trip :JEJU ISLAND

jeju island is the biggest island in korea and there are many beautiful things like beaches, foods, cliffs, and mt.hanra.

**transpotation: I took a plane, tway air
bought a discounted ticket(it's only 52000won for round ticket)

it was pretty good, and reasonable

after 50 minutes from seoul, we arrived

jeju island is generally hot and near-tropical atmosphere.

I and my friend used rented vehicle

Bought from above website(so cheap 10000~14000won for a day) 

we picked small one (chevrolet,spark)

we moved guesthouse(bnb), 8man room was not bad

and...

that's why I choose this bnb, :D

so beautiful and peaceful.

swam crazy...lol

after we swam,,,,

ate black pig sam gyup sal

so thick and,,, good :)

next day we went to mt.hanra

it's 1950 meters above the sea level

I saw estimated time to finish(8 hours), and I ignored that

but

we made mistakes

we have only one sneakers with a bottle of water.............. for 8 hours

but mountain was beautiful,,,,, and hopefully, we could refill our bottle.. kk

I regreted me and my friend's ignorance.... so tired and starved....

but.. finally...

we reached!!!

Luckily, we could see a lake on mt.hanra... :)

after we back to bnb, we slept all day and night.... 

so.....

 no picture...kkkk

3rd day in jeju, we went waterfall joengbang

pretty interesing.... beach and waterfall...:)

and I drank cheon hye hyang juice..

I don't know about cheon hye hyang well, it's kind of mandarine or citrus.

taste was sweet.

and we moved to a coastal village,,,for fishing!!!

we took this fishing boat.. 

felt good,,,

I got one, it's filefish!!! kk

and,,,

our captain made us raw fish instantly....

hmmm..............wasn't good then I expected...... kk

and my friend got seasick.... kkkkkkkk

back to the port...

chu ja island....

 

after we back to our bnb, the host threw a party,,, :)

but there were only guys.... kkk

even though we ate delicious food and beer,,, and talked with them who are from different regions... so fun,, kk

last day, before back to the airport, we went sungsan ilchulbong.

beautiful, but crowded... kk

and we toured jeju central market.

there are so many kinds of fresh fishes including cutlass fish.

but.....

 we ate pork again..kkk

because... so resonable price!!

and back to seoul.....

my 3nights trip to jeju is land was so nice... :)

Trip to Gyeong-ju

as my first post about south korea is about Gyeong-ju!!
gyeong-ju is located in gyeongsang-do. and it's most historic city in korea.(bul guk-sa, an ap ji, suk gul am...)

there is no direct :( so It may take about 4h

1# cheon ma chong

cheon ma chong is a group of tomb shilla dynasty. not only here, you also can tomb like that anywhere in gyeong-ju city

2# bulgogi jung sik

It's my first meal in gyeong-ju, this called 'bulgogi jung sik'

'jung sik' means hmm... table d'hote?? most korean food comes with side dish for free.

in this picture, there are also doenjang soup, cheong guk jang, jokbal,,, almost 10 kind of food except for bulgogi (got other food taking this pic kk)

geong-ju is also nice to take a walk at night.
